Grief has many faces
​It isn’t always veiled in tears.

Sometimes it’s hidden behind fatigue, lost laughter, or nestled in the melancholic ache of a longing you cannot name.

I work with Wild Hearts who carry grief in all its quiet forms:

Chakra Balancing Ceremony
A 30-minute in-person session to gently balance your primary energy centres.
​
This is a grounding ritual for those feeling emotionally tangled, energetically heavy, or unsure where to begin.
​
Using Reiki, intuitive sensing, and nature-infused energy work, I’ll guide you through a clearing of the seven chakras - unblocking stagnent energy, softening what’s held, and awakening what’s ready.
​
Many feel a sense of relief, lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to themselves afterwards.

Chakra Healing & Full Body Ceremony
A 1-hour in-person session to explore, release, and reconnect.

This is a deeper ceremony for those ready to soften into their emotional and physical landscape - or for those who have experienced a Chakra Balancing session and wish to journey further.​
​
​Reiki flows throughout the whole body, guided by energy sensing and intuitive connection.
​
Trapped emotions, old grief, and energetic weight often rise here - not to overwhelm, but to be witnessed and released.
Clients also find this full-body Reiki deeply nurturing for physical concerns, including chronic pain, arthritis, or general tension.
Many describe this session as a return to themselves - a gentle reconnection with heart, body and essence.
